About Extreme Welds

In the 1990s, Latin America experienced a strong period of industrialization. Many of the countries in the region experienced sustained economic growth.

A good number of companies with limited capital wanted to have access to equipment and mass production, manufacturing with quality, but without going into long-term debt.

By then we already had about 20 years of experience representing high-end welding equipment brands. The market then began to demand welding and cutting equipment that, while being of quality, were also more affordable.
The conditions were right and Extreme Welds was born as a project.

In order to achieve the best results, we began to shape the brand and its products in 2002. By 2006, the first Extreme Welds products were launched on the market. The first country to receive them was Colombia.

After the first welding equipment, which was portable and of low amperage, a wider selection of machines arrived, to satisfy other consumers. Subsequently, the need to include cutting systems of different capacities, which are still in great demand to this day, became evident.

In the following years the brand expanded to other countries. Today, from our office in Miami, USA, we coordinate the distribution of Extreme Welds products to Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

But this story is far from over. In fact, we can confidently say that it is just beginning. Extreme Welds is at a turning point right now, updating its image, adding products and getting new distributors in other countries.
